The spring schedule is now online. To register for a class please come by the Bodhi Tree. You can leave a cheque in the mailbox, indicating for which class you would like to register on the subject line of the cheque. There are some changes in the schedule, including a 3rd Yoga for Backs class (that is already full!). The meditation class has moved to Thursday night and is now being run by on a donation basis.

PULSATION - ANUSARA YOGA WORKSHOP. Robin Golt, from Montreal, will be leading this exciting workshop. A great opportunity to check out one of the fastest growing and most popular styles of yoga in North America. The workshop will be held at the Bodhi on March 27 and 28. The times are Sat. 2-5pm and 6:30-9:30, Sun 1:30-3:30 and 4-6pm. The cost is $180 if you register before March 15 and $200 afterwards. For more information check out the poster here.
The Art of Thai Massage with Vicki Vanstone, RMT: Friday April 9th-Sunday April 11th (Friday 7:30-10pm, Sat. 1-9pm, Sun 2-7pm). $250 + gst. Only 20 spaces available. Last day for registration is April 4th. This workshop will be excellent for massage therapists, body workers, yoga teachers, and anybody interested in therapeutic modalities.
Are you or somebody you know in treatment for or recovering from cancer treatment? Sarah, Pam, and Lana are now offering 3 classes/week called Living Through Cancer with Yoga. These classes are free of charge. For more information see the poster here.
