This workshop series could be called ‘Your Female Pelvis- An Owner’s Manual’ because it is about so much more than just pelvic pain, back pain, incontinence, and strength. This is a workshop about how your pelvis is an integral part of your whole body and how to improve or maintain your pelvic health at any age.
So many of us only pay attention to our bodies when we have dysfunction, pain, or disease and, while that is not a bad time to take charge of your pelvic health, the information in these workshops gives a solid foundation for pelvic health for a lifetime. This is information that every woman should know and that most of us do not!
Learn the importance of awareness, whole body alignment, healthy breathing practices, relaxation, and healthy movement. Connect with other women who are taking an integrated and proactive approach to their health.
